Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To ensure a clear and transparent shopping experience, please review the following terms carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet the criteria below.

Standard Products (Ready-Made)

Accepted returns must:

  • Be unused and undamaged.
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging or tags.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or final clearance merchandise.

DIY / Personalized Products

DIY or personalized products are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if DadCarved made an error in customization.

Products with correct personalization and no defects are final sale.

2. How to Return

Step 1: Contact Us

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@dadcarved.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if the product is claimed as defective or damaged

Step 2: Ship Items

If your return is approved, you will be directed to ship the item or items to our official return address:

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all non-defective, non-damaged returns, such as change-of-mind returns for standard products.
  • Customs forms: If shipping from outside the originating country, please mark the package clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid unnecessary import taxes.
  • Tracking required: You must use a tracked shipping method. Untracked returns will not be refunded.

3. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or items.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing may require an additional 3-5 business days before the credit appears on your account.
  • Denied returns: Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are returned without proper return approval will not be refunded. These items can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.

After we verify the issue, DadCarved will cover the resolution costs and provide one of the following:

  • Priority replacement of the item, if available.
  • A full refund, if replacements are unavailable.
