Thank you for choosing Dadcarved. Please review the following policy to understand our shipping procedures and your rights.

Order Processing Time


We offer two types of products, each with a different processing time:
  • Standard Products (Ready-Made): Orders for these items are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (weekends and holidays excluded).
  • DIY / Personalized Products (Customized): These items require additional time for engraving and personalization. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
  • Warehouse Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time). Delays due to inventory shortages or holidays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeline


We ship to the United States (US) via Standard Shipping. Delivery timelines vary based on the product type.

  • Excluded Regions: Please note that we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may experience an additional 1–3 day delay.

Tracking Information


A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours (may extend to 48 hours during holidays or promotions).
If tracking remains unavailable after 72 hours, please contact support@dadcarved.com for assistance.

Delays & Exceptions


  • Carrier Delays: Delays may occur due to carrier-related issues (e.g., high volume, weather, or force majeure). Contact us if the tracking status remains unchanged for 10 days beyond the estimated delivery timeline.
  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or delivery refusal, we will notify you via email to arrange reshipment (which may incur a new shipping fee) or process a refund for the product cost only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Order Cancellations & Modifications


  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled for a full refund (processed within 3–5 business days) by emailing support@dadcarved.com before shipment.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, cancellations or modifications are unavailable. At that point, you may refuse delivery and initiate a return (please see our Return Policy).

Customs & Import Taxes


In seldom cases, orders may be charged customs fees, duties, or taxes by your government. You will be responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities. Contact your local customs office for more information.
